Bowen Brazell & Associates does business by referral. We believe the best results come from tried and true people and businesses. We have contacts throughout the industry; other agents, inspectors, attorneys, repairmen, painters, landscapers, etc. as well as that most overlooked asset: previous clients and their own connections. When it comes time to buy or sell, we strive to let everyone with whom we are in contact know what our clients are looking for or about the property we are trying to sell.
Our referral system makes our clients lives easier, but it is also how we grow our business.
Rather than spend time and money on actions that do not produce results or spending time on people who are not committed to the overall process, we prefer to work with clients who understand that the buying or selling of a home is a professional and personal transaction. We do not buy lead lists and spend time calling people who do not want to be called. We do not chase For Sell by Owners that prefer to do things for themselves. We spend our time proactively working for our clients. We treat every client with the utmost respect and value our clients that do the same for us.
