MY BUSINESS MODEL
I do business by referral. I believe the best results come from tried and true people and businesses. I have contacts throughout the industry; other agents, inspectors, attorneys, repairmen, painters, landscapers, etc. as well as that most overlooked asset: previous clients and their own connections. When it comes time to buy or sell, I strive to let everyone with whom I am in contact with know what my clients are looking for or about the property I am trying to sell.
My referral system makes my clients lives easier, but it is also how I grow my business.
Rather than spend time and money on actions that do not produce results or spending time on people who are not committed to the overall process, I prefer to work with clients who understand that the buying or selling of a home is a professional and personal transaction. I do not buy lead lists and spend time calling people who do not want to be called. I do not chase For Sell by Owners that prefer to do things for themselves. I spend my time proactively working for my clients. I treat every client with the utmost respect and value my clients that do the same for me.
